How Winbid got started
When Winbid launched in 2020, online gaming platforms in Bangladesh were few and far between. And the ones that did exist offered little to nothing specifically for Bangladeshi players — no local language support, no familiar payment methods, and no features built with local players in mind.
That gap was exactly what inspired Winbid's founders. They set out to build a platform where people in Bangladesh could play in their own language, using familiar payment methods, with the highest standard of security.
How we operate
Winbid is a technology-driven platform. Our engineering team works continuously to keep the site fast, minimize downtime, and deliver the smoothest possible mobile experience.
Our game library is powered by direct partnerships with the world's leading providers. Every game's RTP is certified, and no outcome can ever be manipulated.
Player protection is our priority
Winbid believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress. That's why responsible gaming has been at the core of our platform from day one. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion are all available to every player.
Our support team doesn't just resolve issues — they build genuine relationships with players. Any question, any concern — we're here whenever you need us.
Our payment system
Winbid understands how people in Bangladesh prefer to pay. That's why we support mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers across the board. Both deposits and withdrawals are fast and completely free of charge.
Our payment gateway is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial information will never be shared with any third party — that's Winbid's commitment.
